Baseball Recap: Dimond Takes a Loss

After flying high against Bettye Davis East Anchorage last Saturday, Dimond came back down to earth. The Lynx fell 7-4 to the South Anchorage Wolverines on Thursday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wolverines this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 5-1 two weeks ago.

Dimond now has a losing record of 2-3-1. As for South Anchorage, their record now sits at 14-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Dimond will face off against rival West Anchorage at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, South Anchorage is set to take on their familiar foe Chugiak at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
