 The Long Beach Poly Jackrabbits will head out on the road to  take on  the Woodrow Wilson Bruins at 4:00  p.m.  on Friday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication,  both teams will really light up the scoreboard.

  Nathaniel Parris made a big impact no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound,   pitching  an inning while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. Parris was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring a  run while going 1-for-2.
 In other pitching news,  Jaaden Romero looked comfortable as he  tossed two innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in three consecutive pitching appearances.
 Back at the plate,  the team  relied heavily on  Logan Smith, who  went 2-for-2 with three  runs, three  RBI,  and a  triple.  Rudy Carlos was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs while going 2-for-3.
