Western Alamance strolled into their game on Monday with an undefeated record and they left with the same. Their defense stepped up to hand the Person Rockets a 9-0 shutout. Considering Western Alamance have won 15 matchups by more than two goals this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Their offense was hitting Person from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Alison Thomas led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by herself.

Western Alamance pushed their record up to 17-0-1 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 61 goals over those eight contests. As for Person, they are on a 15-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-15.
