Football Recap: Leetonia Comes Up Short

Leetonia lost against David Anderson back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Bears came up short against the Blue Devils, falling 41-21. The Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Leetonia's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for David Anderson, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-3.

Looking ahead, Leetonia will venture away from home to square off against Wellsville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bears will be up against the Tigers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 44.56 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for David Anderson, they will face off against Columbiana at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
