Basketball Recap: Pojoaque Valley Piles Up the Points Against Socorro

Pojoaque Valley lost to Socorro back in December of 2016, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Pojoaque Valley Elks/Elkettes took their match with ease, bagging an 80-53 victory over the Socorro Warriors.

Pojoaque Valley's win bumped their record up to 10-3. As for Socorro, they dropped their record down to 4-7 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.

Pojoaque Valley will take on Santa Fe at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Socorro, they will square off against Escalante at 7:00 p.m. on January 14th.
