Basketball Recap: Holy Cross Gets the Win

Holy Cross won the last time they faced Crosby and things went their way on Friday too. The Holy Cross Crusaders walked away with an 86-76 victory over the Crosby Bulldogs.

Crosby lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Rayquan Anderson, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and ten boards. The dominant performance also gave Anderson a new career-high in blocks (five). Another player making a difference was Cj Mcrae, who posted 19 points and three steals.

Holy Cross will head out on the road to take on Hillhouse at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday. As for Crosby, they will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Kolbe-Cathedral at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday.
