Volleyball Game Preview: West Florida Jaguars vs. Pensacola Tigers + How To Watch

West Florida is 1-9 against Pensacola since September of 2020 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Jaguars will venture away from home to take on the Tigers at 6:00 p.m.

West Florida lost 3-0 to Tate on Wednesday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-6, 25-16.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Pensacola faced off against Milton on Tuesday. The Tigers won by a set and slipped past the Panthers 3-2. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

Pensacola wouldn't go down easily and took Milton into a fifth set where they got it done with a three-point win. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 24-26, 23-25, 26-24, 15-12.

West Florida's loss dropped their record down to 8-14. As for Pensacola, they now have a winning record of 11-10.

West Florida might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from Pensacola in their previous meeting back in September. Can the Jaguars avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
