Softball Recap: North Penn Comes Up Short

North Penn and Central Dauphin squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but North Penn had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Rams by a score of 3-1. The Knights were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rams apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in June of 2024.

Gabriella Brigidi was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base and one run.

North Penn has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 21-4 record this season. As for Central Dauphin, they pushed their record up to 22-2 with the win, which was their 13th straight at home.

As of now, neither North Penn nor the Rams have any future games scheduled.
