Basketball Recap: McLean County Takes a Loss

McLean County lost against Daviess County back in February, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The McLean County Cougars took a 63-51 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Daviess County Panthers.

McLean County's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Daviess County, their victory was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-1.

McLean County will challenge Muhlenberg County at 7:45 p.m. on Friday. Muhlenberg County knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully McLean County likes a good challenge. As for Daviess County, they will head out on the road to square off against Owensboro at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
