Atlee faced Patrick Henry in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Raiders fell just short of the Patriots by a score of 3-2. The Raiders were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Patriots earlier this season, when they won 3-0.

This is the second loss in a row for Atlee and nudges their season record down to 7-4. As for Patrick Henry, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Atlee will challenge Hanover at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Patrick Henry, they will take on Deep Run at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
