Soccer Recap: Bridge Creek Has No Trouble Against Santa Fe South Pathways Middle College

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bridge Creek). Their defense stepped up to hand Santa Fe South Pathways Middle College a 10-0 shutout on Friday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.

The victory got Bridge Creek back to even at 3-3. As for Santa Fe South Pathways Middle College, they now have a losing record of 2-3-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Bridge Creek is set to face off against their familiar foe Purcell at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be Bridge Creek's first chance to prove their worth in the conference. Meanwhile, Santa Fe South Pathways Middle College will take on rival Newkirk at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
