Volleyball Recap: Borger Comes Up Short

Borger lost against Hereford back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Bulldogs lost 3-0 to the Whitefaces. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-21, 25-11.

Hereford can attribute much of their success to Kyndall Valdez, who had 11 digs and two aces. That's the most aces Valdez has posted over her last six matchups.

Borger's defeat dropped their record down to 9-22. As for Hereford, their win ended a six-match drought on the road and puts them at 17-18.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Borger will take on rival Canyon at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Hereford is set to square off against their familiar foe Perryton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
