Volleyball Recap: Columbia City Eagles vs. Park Tudor Panthers

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Homestead, Columbia City was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They came out on top against the Park Tudor Panthers by a score of 2-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in March.

Tanner Friend paced Columbia City's offense, picking up eight kills. Friend got some help from Logan Hardy and his 17 assists. Isaac Swanson controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Columbia City's victory bumped their record up to 12-8. As for Park Tudor, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-10.

Coincidentally, Columbia City and Park Tudor will both be playing North Central the next time they take the court. The Eagles will head out to face the Panthers at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Panthers will play them later in the day, at 1:00 p.m.
