Basketball Recap: 19 Straight Home Wins for Broken Arrow

Broken Arrow extended their postseason success on Saturday against Westmoore. They came out on top against the Westmoore Jaguars by a score of 48-39. The victory was familiar territory for the Tigers, who have now won ten matches in a row.

Broken Arrow had a senior duo take command as McKenzie Mathurin posted 18 points and five rebounds and Macy Marraccini scored 11 points along with five boards and three steals. Mathurin's big performance that afternoon made it 26 games in a row in which she has scored at least 15 points. Another player making a difference was Peyton Dolan, who put up six points.

Broken Arrow pushed their record up to 24-2 with the win, which was their 19th straight at home dating back to last season. As for Westmoore, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-10.

Looking ahead, Broken Arrow will challenge Owasso at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Westmoore does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
