Preview: Oroville Tigers vs. Central Valley Falcons        
        
		
            
 Oroville has enjoyed a two-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will  face off against the Central Valley Falcons at 7:30  p.m.  on Wednesday. Hopefully Oroville focused on turnovers this week  since the team gave up 22 on Friday.
 Oroville struggled with  offensive rebounds on Friday (Orland had eight more) and sadly the final score reflected it. Oroville fell  51-42 to Orland. Oroville has struggled against Orland recently, as their  match on Friday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
  Ethan Broussard put forth a good effort for the losing side as  he  scored 18 points along with three  steals.  Jaime Ramirez was another key contributor,  scoring seven points along with two  steals.
 Meanwhile, Central Valley's recent rough patch got a bit rougher  on Friday after their seventh straight loss. They took a serious blow against Anderson, falling  63-26. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest  defeat Central Valley has suffered  since December 28, 2023.
 Oroville has  been struggling recently, as they've  lost five of their last six games,  which put a noticeable dent in their 6-13 record this season. As for Central Valley, their loss was  their 19th straight at home, which  dropped their record down to 2-19.
 Oroville came out on top in a nail-biter against Central Valley  when the teams last played  back in January of 2020, sneaking past  53-50. The rematch might be a little tougher for Oroville since the  squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
