Soccer Game Preview: Grand Oaks vs. College Park

The Grand Oaks Grizzlies will square off against the College Park Cavaliers at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Friday, Grand Oaks earned a 3-1 win over Cleveland.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask College Park). Their defense stepped up to hand Oak Ridge a 9-0 shutout on Friday. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Cavaliers with their most commanding win of the season.

Grand Oaks' victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 3-4-1. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored eight goals over those three games. As for College Park, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 4-2-1 record this season.
