Centennial strolled into their game on Thursday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They blew past the Las Cruces Bulldawgs 14-4. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 7-0 on Monday.

Destiny Perez made a big impact no matter where she played. She pitched five innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off four hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in seven consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with one home run and two RBI.

In other batting news, Aaliyah Betancourt was incredible, going 3-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. She is on a roll when it comes to home runs, as she's now launched at least one in each of the last four games she's played. Another player making a difference was Amanda Valles, who went 1-for-4 with one home run and three runs.

Centennial pushed their record up to 24-0 with the victory, which was their 15th straight on the road dating back to last season. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.9 runs over those games. As for Las Cruces, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 16-8.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Centennial beat the Bulldawgs by a score of 11-6 later that day.
