Basketball Recap: South Shore Find Success

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Princess Anne, South Shore was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They walked away with a 44-31 victory over the South Garner Titans.

South Shore's win bumped their record up to 10-5. As for South Garner, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-5.

South Shore will be taking part in a tournament against Terry Sanford at 10:30 a.m. on Monday. Terry Sanford is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 65.9 points per game this season. As for South Garner, they will face off against Willow Spring at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. That matchup will pit two of the most dominant centers against one another: Taylor Gray and Taylor Moore.
