Basketball Recap: Ephraim Denton's Big Game Can't Quite Lead North White over Rensselaer Central

North White scored the most points they've had this season on Friday, but it wasn't enough. They came up short against the Rensselaer Central Bombers, falling 55-32. The Vikings haven't had much luck with the Bombers recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.

North White lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Ephraim Denton, who posted seven points. The dominant performance also gave Denton a new career-high in assists (four). Another player making a difference was Braylon Sipkema, who put up seven points and eight rebounds.

Even though they lost, North White was working as a unit and finished the game with ten assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

North White's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Rensselaer Central, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-4.
