Volleyball Game Preview: Centaurus Warriors vs. Legacy Lightning

The Centaurus Warriors will venture away from home to take on the Legacy Lightning at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Centaurus is headed into the match having just suffered their biggest loss since April 8th on Thursday. They came up short against Poudre, falling 3-0.

While Centaurus ultimately came up short, they really made Poudre work, particularly in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-21, 26-24.

Meanwhile, Legacy faced Denver East in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Monday. The Lightning blew past the Angels 3-0.

Legacy's victory bumped their record up to 18-3. As for Centaurus, they dropped their record down to 14-8 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home.
