Volleyball Recap: Alma Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Alma lost against Ionia back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Panthers came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 3-0. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Alma took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-14, 25-17.

Alma's defeat dropped their record down to 25-8-1. As for Ionia, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-4 record this season.

Alma didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against St. Louis on the 11th. As for Ionia, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Everett on the 11th.
