Softball Recap: Fort Campbell Falcons vs. Northeast Eagles

After flying high against West Creek last Monday, Fort Campbell came back down to earth. Fort Campbell fell just short of the Northeast Eagles by a score of 8-7 on Wednesday. The Falcons were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Eagles earlier this season, when they won 9-6.

Baylee Backes stepped up to lead a balanced group of hitters: she scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances.
