Douglas County had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Severance Silver Knights. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Huskies also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2023.
Douglas County had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The final score came out to 22-25, 25-18, 15-12.
