Tualatin had already won ten in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 46 points) and they went ahead and made it 11 on Saturday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Lake Oswego Lakers 65-28. Given the Timberwolves' advantage in MaxPreps' Oregon basketball rankings (they are ranked first, while the Lakers are ranked 97th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Tualatin pushed their record up to 19-1 with the victory, which was their 17th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Lake Oswego, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tualatin will host Tigard on Tuesday. Tualatin is facing Tigard at the right time seeing as Tigard is stuck on an 11-game losing streak. As for Lake Oswego, they will be playing in front of their home fans against West Linn at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
