Basketball Recap: Park Place Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Park Place Christian Academy entered their matchup against Simpson Academy on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Crusaders were dealt a 69-34 defeat at the hands of the Cougars. The Crusaders were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 46-18.

Park Place Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 10-3. As for Simpson Academy, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 12-2.

Park Place Christian Academy and Columbia Academy will compete for holiday cheer at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Simpson Academy will take on St. Joseph Catholic in a holiday battle at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
