Football Game Preview: Rayville Hornets vs. Ouachita Christian Eagles + How To Watch

Rayville is 0-3 against Ouachita Christian since October of 2015 but things could change on Friday. The Hornets will be playing at home against the Eagles at 7:00 p.m. Rayville has given up an average of 27.2 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Rayville is headed into the game out to prove that what happened against Oak Grove on Thursday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Hornets took a blow against the Tigers, falling 49-18. The Hornets were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 49-6.

Meanwhile, Ouachita Christian put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past Madison 52-0. The Eagles' defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a point in their last three matchups.

Rayville's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Ouachita Christian, their win bumped their record up to 4-0.

Rayville was dealt a bruising 45-8 loss at the hands of Ouachita Christian in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Hornets were down 35-0.
