Soccer Recap: Valley Park Takes a Loss

Valley Park was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They lost 11-0 to the Pacific Indians. While losing is never fun, Valley Park can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Missouri soccer rankings (they are ranked 218th, while Pacific are ranked 80th).

Valley Park's defeat dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Pacific, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-6-2.

Looking ahead, Valley Park is taking a road trip to take on Brentwood at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Pacific, they will be playing in front of their home fans against St. Charles West at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
