Softball Recap: Del Norte Comes Up Short

Del Norte was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 24-23 heartbreaker at the hands of the Highland Hornets. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Timika Segay made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole Three bases. while going 4-for-5.
