Softball Recap: Woden Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Woden can now relate to. They lost 12-4 to the Alto Yellowjackets on Saturday. The Eagles haven't had much luck with the Yellowjackets recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Woden now has a losing record of 9-10. As for Alto, the victory (which was their 16th in a row) raised their record to 18-4-1.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Yellowjackets beat Woden by a score of 1-0 later that day.
