Soccer Recap: Western Reserve Academy's Undefeated Season over After Five Games

Western Reserve Academy's game on Wednesday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy Royals by a score of 2-1. Western Reserve Academy were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Having lost for the first time this season, Western Reserve Academy fell to 4-1. As for Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-2-2 record this season.

Western Reserve Academy will challenge High Mowing at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday. The matchup will give Western Reserve Academy their first taste of in-conference action this season. Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
