Basketball Game Preview: Leesville Road Pride vs. D.H. Conley Vikings

The Leesville Road Pride are taking a road trip to challenge the D.H. Conley Vikings at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Leesville Road's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four games.

Leesville Road is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They came out on top against Green Hope by a score of 60-49.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Leesville Road to victory, but perhaps none more so than Mattie Matonic, who posted 14 points. Another player making a difference was Finley Lewis, who had 12 points.

Meanwhile, D.H. Conley was able to grind out a solid victory over Athens Drive on Tuesday, taking the game 40-32.

Leesville Road has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-5 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.6 points over those games. D.H. Conley's record is now 16-7.
