Volleyball Recap: Elizabeth Comes Up Short on the Road Against University + How To Watch

Elizabeth had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They lost 3-0 to the University Bulldogs on Thursday. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-11, 25-8.

Halli Connelley paced Elizabeth's offense, picking up three kills. Connelley got some help from Ann Jones and her five assists.

Elizabeth will host Canon City at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for University, they are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will take on Riverdale Ridge at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
