Birdville is 8-2 against Richland since February of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Birdville Hawks will face off against the Richland Royals at 6:30 p.m. Richland took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Birdville, who comes in off a win.

Birdville is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over Ryan on Friday. The win was some much needed relief for the Hawks as it spelled an end to their ten-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Richland came up short against Ryan on Tuesday, falling 4-1. One reason for the loss might be the Royals' aggressive play style: three Richland players were handed yellow cards.

Their goal came courtesy of Dylan Speaks, which was the first he's scored this season.

Birdville's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-13. As for Richland, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-7.

Birdville suffered a grim 6-2 defeat to Richland in their previous meeting on February 4th. Can Birdville avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
