Basketball Recap: Kamryn Jones Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Eisenhower

There's no place like home for Salina Central, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They walked away with a 41-31 victory over the Eisenhower Tigers on Friday. The 41-point effort marked the Mustangs' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Salina Central got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Kamryn Jones out in front who posted 14 points. Grant Ostmeyer also deserves some recognition as he grabbed his first steal of the season.

When it comes to explaining why Eisenhower lost, don't look at Romari Howard. Despite the final result, he scored eight points and 12 boards. Those 12 rebounds gave Howard a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Owen Stanberry, who put up seven points.
