Soccer Recap: Bullard Takes a Loss

Bullard fell victim to Madera South and their airtight defense on Thursday. They fell just short of the Madera South Stallions by a score of 1-0. That's two games in a row now that the Knights have lost by just one goal.

This is the second loss in a row for Bullard and nudges their season record down to 8-10-3. As for Madera South, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-4-8.

Coming up, Bullard will challenge Justin Garza at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Justin Garza's last six matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Madera South, they will face off against Torres at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Madera South's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
