NOVA HomeSchool was the clear victors by a 9-1 margin over Blue Ridge on Saturday. That's two games straight that the Lions have won by exactly eight runs.

Meanwhile, Front Royal HomeSchool was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 12-4 to Randolph-Macon Academy.

The win made it two in a row for NOVA HomeSchool and bumps their season record up to 3-2. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 8 runs. As for Front Royal HomeSchool, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

NOVA HomeSchool skirted past Front Royal HomeSchool 2-0 in their previous matchup two weeks ago. The rematch might be a little tougher for NOVA HomeSchool since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
