Basketball Recap: Lancaster Takes a Loss

Lancaster lost against Westmoreland back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Lancaster Red Devils had to suffer through a 46-6 loss at the hands of the Westmoreland Eagles. The contest marked the Red Devils' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Lancaster has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 8-9 record this season. As for Westmoreland, they pushed their record up to 15-2 with the victory, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Lancaster will take on Northumberland at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Westmoreland has already played their next match (against Lancaster), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
