Softball Game Preview: Iowa Colony Pioneers vs. Onalaska Wildcats

The Iowa Colony Pioneers will take on the Onalaska Wildcats at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with five consecutive losses for Iowa Colony and four for Onalaska.

Iowa Colony fought the good fight in their extra-innings contest against Texas City on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Stingarees by a score of 4-3.

Meanwhile, Onalaska fell victim to Corrigan-Camden and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 10-0.

Iowa Colony's defeat dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Onalaska, their loss dropped their record down to 1-7.
