Volleyball Recap: Mansfield Turns Things Around After Road Loss + How To Watch

There's no place like home for Mansfield, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They came out on top against Gloria Deo Academy by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday.

Mansfield had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 20-25, 26-24, 25-21, 25-17.

Mansfield found their leader in freshman Patience Parsons, who had 17 digs and three aces.

The win got Mansfield back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Mansfield will take on Seymour at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Gloria Deo Academy, they will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on Southwest at 11:15 a.m. on Saturday.
