Baseball Recap: Chaminade Comes Up Short

Chaminade was the 7-1 winner over Duchesne when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Red Devils fell 5-2 to the Pioneers on Saturday. The Red Devils' loss continues a trend for the team, making it four in a row.

Chaminade saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Anthony Wohlstadter, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Chaminade's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Duchesne, the win was the 11th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-3.

While Chaminade had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
