Basketball Recap: Roanoke-Benson Takes a Loss

Roanoke-Benson lost against Peoria Heights back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Roanoke-Benson Rockets took a 50-38 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Peoria Heights Patriots. The Rockets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Roanoke-Benson's defeat dropped their record down to 10-15. As for Peoria Heights, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-15 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Roanoke-Benson will face off against Lowpoint-Washburn at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Peoria Heights, they will challenge Brimfield at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
