Football Recap: Frassati Catholic Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for Frassati Catholic's offense. They were dealt a 68-0 defeat at the hands of the Legacy School of Sport Sciences Titans on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Falcons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas football rankings (they are ranked 1176th, while the Titans are ranked 278th).

Jacob Fenn threw for 41 yards on eight of 20 attempts. Will Sorensen was his top target, picking up 28 receiving yards.

Frassati Catholic is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3. As for Legacy School of Sport Sciences, their win was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Frassati Catholic will venture away from home to square off against Covenant Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. This will be the Falcons' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Legacy School of Sport Sciences, they will take on St. Augustine at 7:00 p.m. on the 20th.
