Soccer Game Preview: Concord vs. Robinson

The Concord Spiders will challenge the Robinson Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Concord is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to four goals on Monday, they were much more limited against East Rowan on Wednesday. They fell just short of the Mustangs by a score of 1-0. Concord have struggled against East Rowan recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meeting.

Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last contest, Robinson made sure to put some goals up on the board against East Rowan on Monday. They blew past the Mustangs 6-1. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for Robinson's offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

Robinson's victory ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-11. As for Concord, their loss dropped their record down to 2-17.
