On Saturday, Benet Academy faced Rich Township in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Benet Academy Redwings strolled past the Rich Township Raptors with points to spare, taking the game 73-56. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Redwings.

When it comes to explaining why Rich Township lost, don't look at Al Brooks. Despite the final result, he went 6 of 14 on his way to 14 points in addition to six assists and six rebounds. The dominant performance gave Brooks a new career-high in assists. Jayden Williams was another key player, putting up 13 points.
