After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Lancaster County Christian, Delone Catholic was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They never let the Fairfield Knights get on the board and left with a 6-0 win. That looming 6-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Delone Catholic yet this season.

They hit Fairfield with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Will Holtz (3), Nico Scamardella (2), and Braden Gervasi.

Delone Catholic's victory bumped their record up to 6-9. As for Fairfield, they dropped their record down to 1-11-1 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight at home.

Delone Catholic and Fairfield could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Pennsylvania Rankings.
