Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Chambersburg). They put the hurt on the Altoona Mountain Lions with a sharp 16-1 victory on Monday. The Trojans haven't had any issues with the Mountain Lions recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive win against them.

Chambersburg's victory bumped their record up to 12-4. As for Altoona, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Chambersburg will venture away from home to square off against Mifflin County at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Altoona, they will challenge Cumberland Valley at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Eagles' pitching crew has only allowed 2.8 runs per game this season, so the Mountain Lions' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
