Baseball Game Preview: Chester Hambletonians vs. Wallkill Panthers

The Chester Hambletonians will venture away from home to take on the Wallkill Panthers at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday. Chester is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak.

On Wednesday, Chester came up short against Newburgh Free Academy and fell 5-2.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 17 runs the game before, Wallkill was a bit more limited in their contest on Wednesday. They fell just short of Kingston by a score of 3-1.

Wallkill saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ryan Rauschenbach, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base.

Wallkill's defeat dropped their record down to 9-9. As for Chester, their loss dropped their record down to 9-8.
