Recap: Paideia Pythons vs. Drew Charter
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against St. Francis, the Paideia Pythons were happy to have found some success on Saturday. They enjoyed a cozy 34-15 win over Drew Charter. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Paideia also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2021.
Despite the defeat, Drew Charter saw an underclassman step up: Anaysa Glover scored 2 points along with 10 rebounds and 3 steals.
Paideia's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-4. As for Drew Charter, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season.
Paideia will be playing in front of their home fans against King's Ridge Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. King's Ridge Christian will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Georgia Rankings (they are ranked 387th, while Paideia is ranked 192nd). As for Drew Charter, they will head out on the road to face off against Providence Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Providence Christian Academy is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt want to keep things rolling.
