Volleyball Recap: Ridgway Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Ridgway lost against Norwood back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Demons took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mavericks. The Demons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Ridgway was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Norwood work for it, especially in the fourth set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 24-26, 25-18, 27-25.

Madison Megahee paced Ridgway's offense, picking up ten kills. Megahee got some help from Sasha Kingsford and her seven assists. Kingsford also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Mary Patrick, each putting up two.

Ridgway's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Norwood, they moved to 3-9 with that victory, which also ended their nine-match losing streak.

Ridgway has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Dolores on the 27th. As for Norwood, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Dove Creek on the 26th.
