Jasper scored the most points they've had this season on Tuesday, but it wasn't enough. They fell 75-66 to the Southeast Lancers. The Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Lancers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2023.

This is the second loss in a row for Jasper and nudges their season record down to 3-5. As for Southeast, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Jasper will head out to challenge Lockwood at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Southeast, they will take on New Heights Christian Academy in a tournament on Saturday. Southeast knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully New Heights Christian Academy likes a good challenge.
